2. Share temporary access - Give me your login details so I can configure everything (I recommend changing your password after setup is complete for security)
3. I handle the technical setup - DNS and nameservers (the settings that connect your domain to your website) so everything works properly

You own the domain completely, I just handle the technical connection to make your website live!

Risk-free payment structure for your protection:

1. 50% Deposit - Fully refundable until you approve the initial design preview in writing (email/text). Once you approve the design and I start building your site, the deposit becomes non-refundable. If I don't hear from you within 14 days, I'll send a reminder. After that, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
2. I build your website - Regular updates and communication throughout
3. 50% Final Payment - Due when your website is complete and ready to launch

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You'll receive email receipts and written confirmation of refund terms before starting.

The best way to get accurate pricing: Tell me what sections and features you need for your business. I will give you a clear, fair quote based on the actual work required, not just a page count.

For example, if you need Home, About, Services, and Contact sections, I can build that as one scrolling page or four separate pages. I will quote you based on what makes the most sense for your project.

Here's what happens next:

1. I review your project - Usually within 24 hours of your quote request
2. We discuss your needs - I'll email you with questions and project timeline
3. You pay the deposit - I'll send you a secure invoice via Stripe
4. Project begins - Regular updates and communication throughout development

Timeline depends on your project size:

• Smaller sites (4-5 pages): 4-6 weeks from deposit to launch
• Larger sites (6-8 pages): 6-8 weeks from deposit to launch

These timelines include design, development, revisions, and launch. I'll keep you updated on progress throughout the project.

Always free: Text changes, image swaps, bug fixes, and basic technical help. I want to make sure your website stays current and works perfectly.

New pages are $400 per page (early discount): Each additional page includes all standard features like text, images, FAQs, galleries, contact forms, and testimonials.

Early Client Discount (Limited Time):

I'm currently offering reduced rates as I build my client base. The regular rate is $1,500 for a 4-page website, but the early client discount is $950 - saving you $550!

Beyond the base 4 pages, each additional page is $400 (regular: $500). So a 5-page site is $950 + $400 = $1,350. A 6-page site is $950 + $800 = $1,750. An 8-page site is $950 + $1,600 = $2,550.

This discount is only available for the first 5 clients (4 spots left!). After that, pricing returns to the regular rate.

No problem - we'll adjust the final payment:

If you decide you need more or fewer pages after paying your deposit, I'll simply adjust your final payment so you pay the correct total in the end. Your deposit is never wasted - it always goes toward your final total.

Example 1 - Fewer pages:
You paid $675 deposit for a 5-page site ($1,350 total).
You decide you only need 4 pages ($950 total).
→ Your final payment: $275 (instead of $675)
→ You save $400 overall ✓

Example 2 - More pages:
You paid $675 deposit for a 5-page site ($1,350 total).
You decide you want 6 pages ($1,750 total).
→ Your final payment: $1,075 (instead of $675)
